"I've known Peter for about 10 years, and have had the pleasure of playing many gigs and various projects with him over the years. He is by far one of the best drummers I've ever had the honor of working with. To a bassist, the drummer is your other half ; musically attached at the hip; your right arm: both players need to be both giving and forceful. listening is just as important as what you're playing. Pete lazos is exactly that. He's one of the most musical players I've ever come across, and I hate it when he's not there !!! Playing with Peter has made me a better player. I'm very proud to be on any stage with him, and I'm very proud to call him one of my closest friends."
